This perpetual calendar was copyrighted and manufactured by C. Goodyear, of Auburndale, Mass.
The card folds into thirds, with a door in the middle that displays the calendar
There are folding inserts that have the seven possible weeks and the twelve months
When fully opened the card is 7 1/4" wide and 5 3/8" high. The folded width is 3 1/2".
