Brass Rim Lock European French 1850's Restored

Description

A very well done Right hand brass rim lock that measures 6-1/2" x 4-1/4 inches high with a replacement keeper that is 1-3/8 inches wide. This lock will fit a door 1-5/8 inches thick unless the spindle is modified. All parts are original except for the keeper and it even has brass capped screws, key escutcheon with nails built in and a 6-1/4" long key. This lock must have been on a well to do home.
