Except for the black-painted, iron, lock body all parts are chrome-plated, brass.The lock was opened, inspected, and greased to operate smoother. It functions very well and is in great condition.     Beautiful, antique lockset made by "The HBI Co."  during the first quarter of the previous century.  The set consists of 1 mortise lock with faceplate and 1 thumb-turn with oval plate. Except for the black-painted, iron, lock body all parts are
