    Description

    Antique circa 1890 drawer lock with original hollow key and cast brass press-in key escutcheon.  The lock is in good condition showing age and surface marks but in good working condition.  The flush mount semi-mortise lock body measures 2  1/2" across x 2" high and requires about a 3/8" mortise.  Selvedge is 7/8" from top edge - original hollow key is 2".  Brass key escutcheon measures 1" high outside - 3/4" high inside x 1/2" wide outside  - 5/16" wide inside across the middle of top rounded portion. In good condition.
