1800's Mortise Lock Period w/key Restored

Description

A non-reversible mortise lock that is a left hand only. The lock measures 7-1/8" x 4-3/8" high with the edge plate being 1-3/16" x 6" high and will fit a door up to 1-3/4" thick. The lock has a 5-1/2" backset and a replacement strike plate was added. The face edge plate comes off to reveal 2 more screw holes to secure the lock to the door.
